Description

The Thule Gate Mate Tailgate Pad is the a unique method to easily transport gear over a truck's tailgate.  The pad provides the ultimate protection for your pickup truck when carrying bikes, kayaks, paddleboards or other bulky items. Ultra durable heavy duty vinyl with foam padding protects gear and truck tailgate. Strap anchors provide secure tie down points for bikes and other loads.  Sturdy nylon straps to keep pad securely attached to tailgate.  Integrated “Knock-Blocks” prevent bikes and gear from sliding off edge of tailgate causing damage.  Handle Hood allows for convenient access to tailgate handle without pad removal.  Available in two sizes: 823 - 54 inch for compact pickups and 824 - 62 inch for full-size pickups.
