The puncture resistance performance of SpinSkins has been put to the test by professional cyclists who log thousands of miles each year on some of the harshest terrain. Before SpinSkins even make it to the road or a mountain trail, the materials undergo testing in our laboratory on an electron wheel that simulates performance over rocks, debris, and other outdoor hazards. While SpinSkins are tough enough to withstand the brutal wear and tear inflicted by this testing device, most bicycle rims cannot.
