The XC701 is designed with a supple high-density synthetic leather which offers a comfortable fit and it is also perforated for breathability. Shimano's Powerzone wire secures the forefoot and the carbon fibre reinforced midsole is is very stiff for maximised performance on the trails. The exclusive Michelin® high traction tread pattern offer the right blend of durability and grip so that you can be in control. All of this weighs in at just 326 grams for a size 42 so that they feel light and comfortable.
