Reserve your demo bike and sign our Ride Waiver.

In order to demo a bicycle at Specialized Los Gatos, please have your ID and Credit Card ready. You will sign a liability waiver and must be approved for a credit card pre-authorization upon check out. A deposit may be required. Riders under the age of 18 must have a parent present to sign a liability waiver.

What to Bring

All demo bikes come stocked with flat or Shimano pedals. If you prefer to use your own pedals, bring them by and we will be happy to install them for you.

Be sure to bring your own helmet. All demo riders MUST wear a helmet!

Specialized Los Gatos opened its doors in the Fall of 2022 with a curated on-hand bike and equipment inventory and a focus on blending digital and physical retail. We offer transformative, inclusive, ride-focused, and locally authentic experiences for riders.

Specialized has partnered with the greatest independent bicycle retailers in the country since 1974 and continues to do so, but as brick-and-mortar retail develops, the risks at retail get greater for small businesses and there are some risks we choose to take ourselves, testing opportunities and experiencing learnings first-hand to better serve our riders and retailers and support the growth of the cycling community in Santa Clara County.

With this, we have curated a retail space in Los Gatos where Specialized offers more than just our goods and services; with a limited and curated on-hand inventory and a focus on blending digital and physical retail, we offer transformative, inclusive, ride-focused, and locally authentic experiences in order to serve our local riders and better support our retail partners.
